Northrop Grumman is in need of AF Security Forces Plans and Programs personnel to write and oversee security plans for Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our team is chartered to provide support to the Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron to support security operations. **Roles and Responsibilities**: - Develops, coordinates, and monitors all wing and unit security, resource protection, and base defense plans - Coordinates and monitors wartime security force planning and operations under air defense - Plan operating procedures for joint and United States local base defense responses - Responsible to coordinate and monitor support agreements - Alerts control centers of any unusual situation in the area - Primary liaison with USAFCENT and ACC for feedback and implementation of Air Force and major command policies - Champion security requirements, risks, and solutions and drive constructive change within the organization **Basic Qualifications**: - High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years relevant experience - Active SECRET security clearance - Valid US Driver’s License - 2-years of experience in maintaining, developing, writing and reviewing the Wing Operations Plan (OPLAN) and base security instructions and checklists - Basic Graduate of the Air Force Security Forces Academy or similar military academy training **Preferred Qualifications**: - Air Force Security Forces E6 or above - Knowledgeable in the concepts and principles of Air Base Ground Defense - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Results-oriented and resilient outlook - Strong relationship-building, managerial, and collaborative skills - Possess or be able to obtain a current U.S. Passport " **Salary Range**:$38,400 USD - $64,000 USD
