The IT Planning & Security Manager (Internal) focuses on day‑to‑day execution of the technology roadmap and operational security controls. Reporting to the Senior IT Planning & Security Manager, you coordinate project schedules, manage compliance tasks, and ensure the secure delivery of IT services.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop quarterly project plans aligned with the multi‑year roadmap.
- Track delivery milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee configuration‑management and change‑approval workflows.
- Maintain security policies, standards, and control matrices.
- Coordinate internal and external audits; ensure evidence collection.
- Act as escalation point for major incidents and root‑cause analysis.
- Produce KPI dashboards covering project status and security posture.

Skills & Qualifications
- 5-7 years in IT project management or security operations.
- Solid grasp of PM frameworks (PMBOK, Agile) and GRC methodologies.
- Ability to interpret ISO 27001, NIST, and local regulatory requirements.
- Strong Excel/Power BI or similar reporting skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CISM certification desirable.
