- Administers Document Control Center activities to ensure continual accountability of government and associate contractors material request are IAW with applicable government regulations or corporate policy. Ensures acquisitions of materials are contractually authorized and consistent with its engineering, production planning, and material operations. Coordinate and expedite the movement of material request within and between other branches. Prepares material request packets; which include documentation associated with purchase request and purchase orders for customer requested supplies or services. Receive and ship all classes of supply IAW PWS. Utilizes automated supply system for accounting of all material request. Receive inventory, inspect inventory, load/unload inventory, segregate inventory, and manage concerns and deliver supply and equipment. Perform quality control inspection of all receiving and shipping functions of logistics for all classes of supply IAW with PWS. Coordinate diligently with departments, Leadership and Saudi Arabia National Guard Aviation to ensure processes and procedures followed and submitted timely, accurately and reflect real time data.**Major Duties and Responsibilities**

- B. Provide oversight to ensure material request are prepared correctly with required forms; records and correspondence for material request are accurately maintained.- 1. Analyze inventory levels, production lead times, and demand levels ensure stock availability and avoid excess inventory.- 2. Offload incoming inventory from delivery trucks; place supplies in warehouse locations; and pull property from warehouse locations for delivery to the customer.- 3. Securely load materials onto trucks for delivery/movement to various locations.- 4. Verify that receipt match shipping documentation, packing list, purchase order, and/or requisition; verify items are serviceable/unserviceable; and if the item represents fair value for the funds expended.- 5. Document receipts, shortages, damages and discrepancies; maintain data used to establish material management consistent with contractual requirements.- 6. Document discrepancies on a Report of Discrepancy (ROD) form for any loss, damaged, destroyed or theft of material.- 7. Ensure all required documentation are affixed to containers/packages and packed internally as required.- 8. Assist in preparation of shipments International Traffic Arms Regulation (ITAR) and Hazardous Materials to ensure compliance IAW Saudi Arabia and DOD regulations.- 9. Work independently with mínimal direct supervision, creatively problem-solve and quickly develop solutions for logístical malfunctions in order to facilitate quick resolution.- 10. Implement internal control measures to prevent fraud, waste and abuse.- 11. Perform other duties and task as assigned.- C. Independence: Performs within the broad guidelines of duties and responsibilities with significant choice of methods. Authority to provide input to the Logistics Manager to assist with selecting and implementing goals and objectives within execution of duties and responsibilities.- D. Supervisory Responsibilities: Reports the LSCM manager. Supervise, develop, and direct individuals as assigned to the Document Control Center. Quality Control and Supply Chain experience; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work swiftly and accurately; ability to- effectively communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner. Must possess a valid driver’s license.**Minimum Qualifications**
- A. Education Level: Post-secondary education (i.e. Associates Degree or higher) or Military training with Aviation background preferred.- B. Experience: minimum of eight years of broad-based experience in Logistics/Supply Chain Management.- C. Specific knowledge, skills, ability: must possess an understanding of the US Army Aviation Logistics system specific to aircraft maintenance and repair. Quality Control and Supply Chain experience; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred; ability to work swiftly and accurately; ability to effectively communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Strong working knowledge of ERP System.
