**Responsibilities**:
Partner with hiring managers to understand and define hiring needs
Utilize a variety of recruiting channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals
Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing and hiring strategies
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role
Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workforce
Daily Tasks:
Review and analyze job requisitions from hiring managers
Schedule and conduct preliminary phone interviews to gather initial information
Take detailed notes during interviews and summarize key findings
Prepare onboarding documentation and coordinate onboarding activities
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing and hiring strategies
Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on talent acquisition trends and best practices
