Role Overview

We’re looking for a results-driven sales professional with strong experience in **Fintech or SaaS solutions**, capable of managing the full sales cycle and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive **new business acquisition** for Fintech / SaaS products
  • Manage **end-to-end sales cycle**: lead generation → demo → negotiation → closure

- Engage with **CXOs, founders, product heads, and decision-makers**

- Understand customer pain points and propose **tailored solutions**

- Work closely with **product, pre-sales, and tech teams**

- Achieve monthly/quarterly **revenue and pipeline targets**

  • Maintain CRM with accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Upsell/cross-sell to existing clients

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of **B2B sales experience** in **Fintech or SaaS**

  • Strong understanding of products like **payments, lending, banking tech, ERP, CRM, APIs, or platforms**:

- Proven track record of **meeting or exceeding targets**

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Experience selling to **SMEs, enterprises, or BFSI clients**

  • Comfortable with **CRM tools** (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

Good to Have

  • Prior experience in **banking, NBFCs, payments, loans, cards, or financial platforms**:

- Exposure to **international or enterprise sales**

  • MBA or relevant business qualification

Pay: ﷼30,000.00 - ﷼60,000.00 per month
