We are looking for a driven and curious client-focused Thermal Power Start Up and Commissioning Supervisors to grow with our team. We are helping our clients meet the challenges faced in countries and cities across the globe, providing innovative solutions from replacing conventional thermal power plants with renewable energy to developing demand side management strategies. As part of the growing Energy & Power team, we have a strategic opportunity for a Geographic Leader - Power Generations and Storage Solutions. The Geographic Area Manager supports the Senior Director of Operations and provides leadership to a capability area within the Middle East E&P Region. You will provide consistent leadership and role modelling of Jacobs’ core values, fostering an inclusive and diverse culture across your Capability Area that embodies Jacobs’ Culture of Caring and prioritises the health and wellbeing of your people. You will set clear direction and provide a strong role model regarding client focus and responsiveness and your strong client relationships will help to ensure we can identify and anticipate client needs. You will work closely with the Client Growth Manager(s) in the Middle East to efficiently grow our pipeline of work and magnify our ability to serve our clients and our communities. You will be accountable for the financial performance of the capability area and central to ensuring we create lasting and sustainable value for our shareholders. You will deliver upon key commercial performance objectives and provide leadership in the areas such as integrated delivery with our GDCs to deliver on these outcomes.
