**Job Description Summary**:

- The Senior IT Strategy AND Governance Analyst is responsible for managing the IT portfolio and IT business processes, utilizing their working knowledge in many of the relevant frameworks and methodologies to ensure that both IT initiatives and daily operations align with organizational goals and are executed efficiently and effectively.

- Manage the organizations IT governance portfolio managment demand management project management performance management change management incident management problem management risk management service delivery operational excellence and audit compliance programs and enforce adherence to their established frameworks commitee charters policies and procedures
- Manage the development documentation maintenance and oversight of the organizations IT strategy and enablement of the organizations strategic business plan
- Manage the development documentation and maintenance of the organizations IT frameworks policies procedures plans and reports
- Manage the IT budget office administration workforce management and relevant supply chain processes
- Ensure that all IT activities adhere to relevant best practices regulations standards policies and procedures
- Manage engagements with contracted vendors for IT strategy and governance support managed services or professional services to ensure that service delivery meets the targeted scope time cost and quality constraints

**Minimum Education Required**:

- Bachelor's Degree in the field of Information Technology or in a relevant field.

**Professional Certifications Required**:

- Sample of preferred certifications:.Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies (COBIT).Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT).Project Management Professional (PMP).IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)

**Years of Experience**:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in relevant field.

**Languages**:

- English:Fully Proficient ; Arabic:Not Required
