Job Opportunity
The O&M Training Advisor plays a critical role in ensuring that the project team and end-users have the necessary knowledge and skills to operate and maintain the fleet of vehicles and the automated system. By developing and implementing a comprehensive training program, customizing the program to meet specific needs, and providing ongoing support, the O&M Training Advisor helps to ensure that the project is successful and delivers value to the customer.

To ensure that the project team and end-users have the necessary knowledge and skills to operate and maintain the fleet of vehicles using the automated system. The O&M Training Advisor is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive training program that covers all aspects of the operation and maintenance of the vehicles and the automated system.
Serco is working with key ministries to write policies, set agendas, advise on commercial models, and shape the transformation of sectors.
Key accountabilities
Prepare training and knowledge transfer plans for operational and maintenance personnel and make them capable of accomplishing any emergency repairs.
Prepare documents and reports specialized in work outcomes.
Deliver training to personnel involved in the operation and maintenance of the fleet, including vehicle operators, maintenance technicians, and other team members. This could involve conducting classroom training sessions, hands-on training, and on-the-job training.
Assess the effectiveness of the training programs and materials to ensure that they are meeting the needs of the personnel involved in the operation and maintenance of the fleet. This could involve conducting assessments, collecting feedback, and making changes to the training programs and materials as needed.
Ensure that all training activities related to the operation and maintenance of the fleet are in compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices. This could include ensuring that personnel are trained and certified as required, that training programs are up-to-date, and that all necessary documentation is maintained.
Evaluate and improve the training programs and materials related to the operation and maintenance of the fleet to ensure that they are effective and efficient. This could involve identifying areas for improvement, proposing changes to the training programs and materials, and implementing new technologies or tools to improve training delivery.
Create and maintain documentation related to the training programs and materials, including training schedules, attendance records, and training assessments.
Work with project stakeholders to understand the training needs of personnel involved in the operation and maintenance of the fleet and develop plans to ensure that resources are available to deliver the necessary training. This could involve coordinating with other team members, developing budgets, and allocating resources as needed

7 years minimum work experience in similar role
Develop training materials, such as user manuals, training videos, and interactive simulations, that provide step-by-step instructions for operating and maintaining the fleet of vehicles and the automated system.
Conduct training sessions for the project team and end-users to ensure that they have a thorough understanding of how to operate and maintain the vehicles and the automated system.
Customize the training program to meet the specific needs of the project team and end-users, taking into account their skill levels, learning styles, and job requirements.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the training program by conducting assessments and collecting feedback from the project team and end-users. They can then use this information to make improvements to the training program as needed.
Provide ongoing support to the project team and end-users, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing additional training as needed.
