**About the HR Business Partner position**:
We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations for our construction projects and ensure they're aligned with our business goals.

Ultimately, you should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes.

**HR Business Partner responsibilities are**:

- Overseeing HR activities
- Informing personnels about the HR regulations/policies
- Coordinating, with the Project Management and Functional Heads, the resources / project needs within the framework of the organization,
- Coordinating and guaranteeing the HR processes and programs are correctly carried out around the company policies;
- Manage labor relations and legal aspects for the entity,
- Responsible for the data accuracy and integrity for the site HR Information Systems
- Gathering information on hours worked for each employee in project site,
- Calculating wages accurately, including overtime, deductions, bonuses, and allowances,
- Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to payroll in Saudi Arabia,
- Obtaining approval from upper management for payments when necessary,
- Maintaining records of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information, etc.
- Generating reports for upper management and finance department,
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies,
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews, assessments, and other hiring-related activities,
- Generating regular reports and analytics on recruitment metrics for management review,

**HR Business Partner requirements are**:

- Minimum 10 years of Experience in Human Resources functions in construction industry,
- BA/BSc degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field,
- Excellent management and organizational skills,
- Excellent command of English,
- Able to utilize the HR systems
- Proficient with MS Office and Microsoft 365 Applications
- Great problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
