Our HR Business Partner for Unipart Logistics in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a critical role within our business. You will be the lead HR professional supporting the leadership and logistics team in Saudi Arabia and be responsible for implementing, maintaining and improving HR practices at an operational and strategic level.

You will be an experienced and successful HR professional looking to make an impact leading a highly performing HR function. You will support the leadership team running the busy technology logistics centre of 200,000 sqft based in a free trade zone at Riyadh airport.

This is a great role and opportunity to be part of the leadership team contributing directly to the success of our new business in KSA.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining and writing new HR policies, procedures and associated documentation, where possible aligned to Unipart Group HR policies.
- Ensuring the company’s compliance with all iqama and exit/re-entry visas for new and existing personnel
- Monitor and administer government portals as necessary (General Organization of Social Insurance (GOSI), Ministry of Human Resources and Social development platforms such as Qiwa, and Mudad (MHRDS), Chamber of Commerce (COC), Wage Protection System (WPS), Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA)
- Support workforce planning and resourcing activities, including developing, implementing and improving excellent selection processes and practices
- Lead on on-boarding activities as the business grows including registration of new joiners and leavers with the appropriate government Ministries, departments and authorities
- Keep up to date with changes or amendments to immigration laws/rules/regulations, changes in forms/formats and other procedures and keep stakeholders aware of such changes
- Ensure the appropriate system, processes and providers are in place to support HR related activities including payroll and medical insurance
- Provide HR expertise and advice to the leadership team
- Support the implementation of the Unipart Way and implement Unipart Way tools within the HR function with the support of Unipart experts in these areas
- Support the employee engagement agenda, including roll out of the annual employee survey and associated activities
- Implement Unipart’s talent management tools as appropriate and support the leadership team with advice and support in this respect
- Address employee relations issues including employee grievances and conduct matters, supporting appropriate resolution of these issues
- Provide data, analysis and recommendations on key HR performance indicators (KPIs) including employee turnover rate, absence, payroll errors
- Oversee the maintenance of personnel and payroll records ensuring compliance with data processing/protection regulations
- Oversee all HR administrative activities are performed to a high standard including communications with colleagues
- Any other HR activities and initiatives as appropriate
- Line management responsibility of an HR Specialist.

**About You / Skills, Experience**

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Due to Saudization, only Saudi Nationals will be considered
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years’ professional people management experience at a leadership level
- Thorough knowledge of local labor law regulations and proven ability to interpret, guide, enforce and implement local labor and visa legislations
- Good command of Arabic and English, both spoken and written
- Experience preparing and presenting confidential employee data accurately
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

**Additional Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills and able to work with multiple levels is essential
- Experience developing and implementing new HR policies and procedures
- Proven ability to exercise a high degree of individual initiative, discretion, and judgment
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with changing priorities, deadlines and stakeholders
- Detail oriented, organized, flexible
- Proven experience with human resources processes
