Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Operations Director to join our team In this role you will get to play a key role in the mobilization and execution of our major projects and programs, in this region of the kingdom.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Supporting the Area Director in deal negotiations, contract development, due diligence and other business development or alliance development projects
- Developing strategies, alternatives, mitigations and recommendations for effective project delivery
- Leading the kick-off / ‘fast start’ initiation and mobilization of all major projects / programs in the Area, including resourcing
- In conjunction with Program / Project Directors ensuring all ‘early’ (30/60/90/120 day) contract deliverables are met
- Ensuring effective project management and controls systems, plans and procedures are implemented, as proposed
- Participating in periodic program / project reviews and supporting Program / Project Directors in resolving any operational issues arising
- Working with the area’s Project Controls Director in the analysis of performance data What Required Skills and Experience

You'll Bring:

- 10-years in a Project / Program Management role; Eg. Project or Program Manager, or Director
- Experience of working in major projects / programs
- Experience of Project Management Consultancy (PMC) or PMO contracts - Certified Project Manager (PMI, APM or recognized equivalent) What Desired Skills and Experience

You'll Bring:

- Oversight of Project Management Systems implementation
- Development of project management system documentation
