**Contexte**:
RATP Dev, a subsidiary of the RATP Group, ensures the operation and maintenance of urban and interurban transport networks in 14 countries through over 100 subsidiaries. With over 27,000 employees and the expertise and backing of a global leader in public transportation, our subsidiaries provide performance, dynamism and reliability to our customers and passengers to their networks.

In the context of our international development, we are targeting the Red Sea Project, in Saudi Arabia: a multimode transport network (9 different modes: buses, guest cars, seaplanes, luggage vans ) in a seaside city of tourism and luxury residences (up to 50 hostels on 22 islands). RATP Dev is targeting the coordinator role of the several modes' operators, with direct management of the Transport Operations Control Centre (TOCC).

**Missions**:
The Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manager ensure that our safety, quality and performance targets are achieved while establishing standards and practices of the highest level.

He leads a team of 7 experts and managers, and reports to the Project Director

**Responsabilités et activités**:
Operations:

- Ultimately responsible for running the Operations Monitoring of O&M providers
- Interface with the MOM, TRSDC and O&M providers.
- Delivery of all Operations consultancy services
- Performance & planning management of team of experts reporting to him/her
- Owns operational SOP production
- Deploys the operation strategy, policies, and procedures with his teams, ensure guidance to O&M service providers

Maintenance:

- Ultimately responsible for running the Maintenance Monitoring of O&M providers
- Interface with the MOM, TRSDC and O&M providers
- Delivery of all Maintenance consultancy services
- Performance & planning management of team of experts reporting to him/her
- Responsible for assisting TRSDC in preserving asset integrity and maximising asset performance and lifespan
- Asset management review, reporting, data and KPIs
- Owns maintenance SOP production
- Deploys the maintenance strategy, policies and procedures with his/her teams, ensure guidance to O&M service providers

**Expériences et compétences requises**:

- Engineering / Business Degree
- At least 10 years' relevant experience and minimum 5 years' experience in operation or maintenance
- Safety management general technical knowledge
- General knowledge of Sub-systems Government Certificate of Competence factories
- Analytical and critical ability
- Ability to communicate with staff of all levels
- Fluent in English
