**Main Duties**

Your key responsibilities will include:

- To maintain all mise en place at a sufficient level to ensure an uninterrupted flow of food during the service period whilst controlling the quality, consistency, appearance and taste
- Support the Junior Sous Chef / Sous Chef and ensure the restaurant is managed successfully and maximize guest satisfaction through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling production
- Consistently foster a spirit of harmony and cohesion between the back of house team and service staff, ensuring that the Zuma team functions as a unified group.
