**Role Overview**:
We’re on the lookout for a **Senior Business Analyst** to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. If you’re passionate about transforming ideas into detailed, actionable plans, we’d love to have you onboard.
- **️ Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with development and design teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with user experience goals.
- Facilitate workshops, conduct gap analyses, and map out business processes for improvement.
- Develop and prioritize product backlogs and ensure clarity in acceptance criteria.
- Support quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions against business requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing market trends, user feedback, and performance data.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of experience in business analysis within the tech, digital, or AdTech sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex business problems.
- Experience in creating detailed documentation, including BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), user stories, and workflows.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in sprint planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in data visualization and process modeling tools.
- Fluency in Arabic is required.
