Key Responsibilities
- Deputy to Senior Projects Manager in their absence.
- Work with internal partners, the Contractor and service providers to deliver projects while ensuring adherence and compliance with NEOM strategy, policy, departmental goals and commitments.
- Responsible for managing and overseeing the Contractor and service providers in the development, implementation, and handover of THE LINE Projects.
- Assess and take steps in accordance with the Scope of Work, (SoW), that ensures the Contractor and service providers are responding to inquiries in accordance with the SoW.
- Maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including maintenance technicians, engineers, and service delivery staff, to promote effective communication and collaboration. - Maintain customer confidence by ensuring confidentiality of company data as required.
- Analyze, summarise, and interpret data; make appropriate recommendations and decisions related to document management, write reports, and give oral presentations, as required.
- Plan, organise, prioritise and perform multiple tasks to perform job functions in an orderly manner.
- Ability to manage and drive service delivery staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in meetings and communicating updates and information to team members and other stakeholders as needed.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members and stakeholders

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Previous experience in the development, implementation, and handover of facilities. - High level of experience in Facility and Project Management and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry best practices. - Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to provide step-by-step detailed advice and solutions for remedying failures in service delivery. - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with an ability to articulate clearly and concisely. English proficiency is required (both written and oral). - Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, Google Suite and Facility Management Software. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules. - Team player with the ability to work independently under mínimal supervision. - Cross-cultural sensitivity with an international perspective. - Professional maturity and irreproachable integrity are obligatory

**Qualifications**:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum ten (10) years’ experience in managing projects and delivery experience for large projects, overseas and / or military facilities.
