**Project Scope**: Tunnel Construction MEP Fit-Out**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Document Management**: Maintain and manage project documentation, including technical documents, drawings, and correspondence, ensuring accurate recording, tracking, and distribution.
- ** Compliance**: Ensure documentation meets ISO 9001 standards and project-specific control procedures.
- ** System Management**: Utilize document control software, such as Aconex, SharePoint, or other tools, for uploading, retrieving, and maintaining records.
- ** Coordination**: Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure timely delivery and distribution of documents.
- ** Document Reviews**: Monitor, track, and follow up on document approval workflows, including RFIs, submittals, and technical documents.
- ** Reporting**: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on document status, including overdue and outstanding documents.
- ** Templates and Standards**: Develop and manage document templates and numbering systems to ensure consistency and compliance across the project.
- ** Liaison**: Act as the point of contact for document control issues, liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve queries.
- ** Security and Accessibility**: Ensure safe custody of documents while maintaining accessibility and traceability.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- ** Experience**:

- Minimum of **10** years of experience** as a Document Controller, with significant exposure to MEP projects.
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure or tunnel projects is highly desirable.
- ** Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in document control software spesifically Aconex and SharePoint
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and implementation.
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
- ** Certifications (preferred)**:

- Aconex Accredited Professional.
- ISO 9001:2015 Certification or equivalent.
- ** Soft Skills**:

- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
