**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and service requests
- Act as the main point of contact for all facility-related issues and ensure timely resolution
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality services are delivered at competitive prices
- Manage and monitor facility budgets, including forecasting and cost control
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all facility-related activities
- Assist with the planning and execution of facility-related projects
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support of business objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve facility operations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other facility management software
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to facility management in KSA
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
