As a Project Procurement Manager you will drive continuous improvement in functional capability - People, Systems, Process. Working closely with the procurement leaders and their teams to identify and deliver specific short, medium, and long-term projects to drive improved efficiency and effectiveness in the global function and external supply chain.

**As Project Procurement Manager you will be responsible for**:

- Defining supplier strategy including management and optimization of supplier panels. Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers.
- Negotiating terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement.
- Managing claims, Including commercial sourcing management such as data analysis, negotiations support, etc. This may also include purchasing activities.
- Managing the PO placement and following up on PO fulfillment.
- Managing relationships with suppliers.
- Managing problems and scheduling changes along with updating ERP.
- Advising Functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in the own field.
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
- Managing purchase order execution and product delivery, mitigation of billing adjustments / terminations and execution of cost reduction goals.
- Managing the full procurement process from B2P.
- Working closely with SFM to expedite the filling of orders by suppliers to meet delivery time with no impact.
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.
- Developing new local suppliers to support the business and meet customer local content requirements

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Have minimum of 3 years of experience in Sourcing or Procurement
- Have Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Have strong oral and written communication skills.
- Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Have experience using Oracle system is preferred.
- Have ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact is preferred.
- Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Have effective problem identification and solution skills.
- Have proven analytical and organizational ability.
- Have a problem-solving mindset.
- Be able to interface with internal departments to communicate and understand their needs.
- Be able to read and comprehend machining drawings and reading technical documents.
- Be able to understand supplier processes.
- Have good representation skills to be the face of the company.
- Ability to travel
- Be Legally authorized to work in Saudi Arabia without company sponsorship or time restriction.
