We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Saudi Director of Technical Project Management to join our team. As the Senior Saudi Director of Technical Project Management at CCDS, you will play a key leadership role in driving the successful delivery of complex technical projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will oversee a team of technical project managers, providing guidance and strategic direction to the project management function. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage project budgets. Your strong leadership skills and extensive experience in technical project management will be crucial in achieving project success and exceeding customer expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of technical project managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables
- Create and execute project plans, including defining project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing risks and issues
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline while meeting quality standards
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices and process enhancements

**Requirements**:

- Saudi Nationality is required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on leading complex projects
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale technical projects within scope, budget, and timeline
- PMP certification or equivalent is required
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience overseeing a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Extensive experience in risk management and mitigation strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in the information technology and cybersecurity industry is preferred
