**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the finance function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing process, including reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, and reviewing financial statements.
- Support the annual budgeting process and prepare financial forecasts.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to the senior management team to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial systems and processes and ensure a high level of data integrity.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or related field.
- S/4 HANA certification is a must.
- At least 3 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with SAP Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
