**Position Overview**:
The Country Manager for the Oil & Gas sector plays a pivotal role in leading and overseeing all aspects of the company's operations within a specific country or region, in this case he has to know the Saudi Arabiacontest for previous experience. This role requires a deep understanding of a local contest (social, political, legal, bureaucratic), strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex business dynamics, worth about 1 billion USD. The Country Manager will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with local regulations and fostering positive stakeholder relationships. Reports to the Area Manager and to the Managing Director.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Strategic Leadership**:

- Develop and implement the company's strategic plan within the designated country/region for present and future contracts.
- Define and execute strategies to expand market share, increase revenue, and maintain a competitive edge.

2. **Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and projects to diversify and expand the company's presence in Saudi Arabia.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, government entities, industry associations, and other stakeholders on the territory.

3. **Operational Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all project in progress, ensuring efficient and effective utilization of resources and PM.
- Monitor and analyse industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to adapt strategies as needed.
- Responsibility of 3.600 staff members (employees and workers)

4. **Financial Management**:

- Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Implement cost-saving measures and optimize operational efficiency.

5. **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and environmental standards within the oil and gas sector.
- Mitigate potential risks and address regulatory challenges in a timely manner.

6. **Team Leadership**:

- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members with collaboration of country hr manager

7. **Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)**:

- Prioritize and promote a strong HSE culture, ensuring the safety of employees, contractors, and the environment.
- Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures.

8. **Reporting and Communication**:

- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, representing the company's interests professionally.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in the oil and gas industry or in a general contracting sector, with progressive leadership roles (from Project Manager to Project Director, etc).
- Strong knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
- Proven track record in business development, strategic planning, and P&L management.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in Saudi Arabia and in multicultural and dynamic environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Italian nationality (for the passport's reasons)
