The Mission Assurance (MA) Supervisor will define, develop, establish, and maintain program requirements and implement processes to ensure program success. The MA Supervisor will direct the development, implementation and management of multiple programs within the Quality Safety and Mission Assurance Directorate (QMSA), such as process efficiency and effectiveness evaluation, identification of systemic issues, recommendations for preventive actions, implementation of corrective actions, the administration of the MNG Preventive/Corrective Action Review Board (PCAB), and the overall health and effectiveness of QSMA communications. The MA Supervisor will be responsible for driving and improving program quality performance across the full spectrum of Vinnell operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and support the Business Management Systems per AS9110, ISO 9001 Certifications and compliance, as applicable across the entire enterprise. The MA Supervisor will coordinate various communications with stakeholders, organizations, and critical suppliers to ensure compliance and the timely execution and effectiveness of audit activities. This position will report directly to the QSMA Manager.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Define, develop, and maintain program requirements and implement processes to ensure program success

Manage the development & maintenance of appropriate communication, knowledge, and project status reporting at multiple levels

Ensure mission and Quality Assurance functional activities among designated Vinnell Arabia organizations are planned, coordinated, integrated, and synchronized to achieve various contractual requirements IAW appropriate AS/ISO standards and local laws and governances

Design, implement, and modify the Continual Process Improvement (CPI) program and subsequent change management plans

Provide objective-oriented direction to enterprise-wide organizations specifically addressing risk management and work closely with Vinnell’s Management teams to support performance issue resolution and risk identification/mitigation

Has direct and frequent customer contact in high stress situations with significance to customer relationships (Stakeholder Management)

Conduct briefings and technical meetings for top management and customer representatives and have regular interaction with director-level management with influence over customer perceptions/opinions

Identify programmatic performance issues and recommends/implements improvements to QSMA leadership

Collaborates and operationalizes processes and systems; conceptualizes and develops solutions to improvement opportunities

Collaborates with other QSMA members to establish performance measurement and data collection methodology for the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP)

Present effective oral and written presentations to executive level management

Influential at all levels of the organization; ability to demonstrate leadership skills and experience

Leads multi-functional workgroups, as required

Basic Qualifications:
Must have at least 10 years experience. Would consider a Bachelor's Degree with 6 years experience.

4 years of Quality Assurance related work experience.

Must have one of the following: ISO 9001, AS9100, or AS9110 Lead Auditor Certifications, Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Must be a US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:
Master of Science preferably in Quality Management with 4 years experience Certified Quality Manager/Operational Excellence (CQM) ASQ, Project Management Certified(PMP), Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, Lean Practitioner Certification

Defense / Aerospace / Aviation maintenance, safety & operations experience
