Administrator Quality Assurance & MIS

Job Summary:

Provide basic administrative support for Quality Assurance and MIS, including data entry, documentation, and simple reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:


• Collect and enter data into systems and reports.


• Review documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.


• Support quality procedures and report findings.


• Update MIS records and databases regularly.


• Coordinate with departments to gather required information.


• Prepare simple reports or spreadsheets as requested by the supervisor.

Qualifications:


• Diploma or higher in Insurance Management or related field.


• Good command of English.


• Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Experience: 0–1 year
