***Department Overview**: Motorola Solutions' Unified Communications offers secure voice, video, and data services, unifying LMR and Broadband for global businesses and public agencies. We build best-in-class broadband and interoperability solutions, connecting those who protect us in public safety, utility, education, and commercial markets, because every moment matters.
**We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Management Consultant to lead the strategic product engagement with Key Customers. You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, and near-term strategy to drive growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction. This is a high-impact role that will directly interface with our customers and drive success of our company.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, customers, competitors, and industry trends for MCPTT products.
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to meet company goals.
- Capable of understanding the various platform/technology stacks, the structure and the interactions matrix.
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities and manage key supplier relationships.
- Lead the development and launch of new features and products.
- Manage the product backlog and define clear product requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure successful execution.
- Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities and prioritize development.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to improve the customer experience.
- Advocate for a customer-centric approach throughout the company.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Communicate the product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders.
- Continuously refine product development processes for efficiency.
**Basic Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management or related field
- Passion for creating innovative and impactful products using latest technologies
- Experience working with external vendors / stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully defining, developing, and launching successful products
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Applicants MUST be fluent in both Arabic and English. Native/Bilingual Proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and in customer environments.
