Job Summary
**As Assistant Manager Banquet, we rely on you to**:
Execute tasks and responsibilities as per guidelines given by the banquet management.
Adhere to orders as per reporting line.
Ensure the highest quality of service is produced to achieve guest satisfaction.
Report immediately all concerns of service and quality to direct supervision.
Highlights achievements, problems, challenges.
Models the practice and encourages staff to use the guiding principles in day-to-day interactions.
Practices and role-models the Guiding Principles and the Core Values of Shangri-La Hospitality
What we're looking for
Must be an Arabic Speaker.
Experience in a previous Banquet Managerial role in luxury large scale properties.
Ability to coach, train and develop others.
Fluent in English
Strong leadership, self-motivated excellent communication skills
