**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **Sales Manager**who will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, managing relationships and ensuring their event needs are met with excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a passion for events.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Client Relationship Management, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Event Planning and Coordination, collaborate with clients to develop and execute event concepts, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Project Management skill to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
- Reporting and Analysis, Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams on project status and outcomes.
- Analyze event performance and client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify business opportunities for upselling additional services or events to existing clients.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience is **mandatory** in the events industry. ( at least 2 years of GCC experience in the exhibition and events industry).
- Strong understanding of event logistics, planning, and execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in written and oral communication skills (Arabic & English)
- Results driven, commercially minded and excellent organizational skills
- Track record in delivering and exceeding sales targets
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management related to events.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to negotiate confidently at all levels
- With valid Saudi Driver's License is a plus
