In this strategic role, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing robust infrastructure solutions that support our innovative projects. Your expertise will guide the development of cutting-edge asset infrastructures that align with our vision for the future.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the strategic planning and design of asset infrastructure systems, ensuring they meet the current and future needs of Qiddiya's projects.
- Direct the implementation and optimization of asset management processes, enhancing operational efficiency and asset performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive infrastructure designs that integrate seamlessly with overall project goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and environmental considerations in all design and implementation activities.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to inform design decisions and project planning.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of asset infrastructure.
- Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and vendors, ensuring alignment with project specifications and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the design team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the department.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, advocating for enhancements that could benefit Qiddiya's infrastructure initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in asset design and infrastructure management, specifically within large-scale development projects.
- Proven track record of leading innovative infrastructure design initiatives from conception through execution.
- Strong understanding of asset management principles, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess and optimize design processes.
- Proficiency in design software and tools relevant to infrastructure management.
- Professional certifications, such as PMP or equivalent, would be a plus.
