**2. Job Responsibilities**:

- Establish, maintain and operate a Materials Control System complying with Materials Control Contract, in conjunction with project specific procurement execution plan and project specific material control procedures
- Enter shipping orders as required
- Coordinate shipments working with sales coordinators for truckloads, containers and shipment planning working in shipping warehouse
- Capable of backing up the clerical duties of the Receiving function in the absence of union associates or when additional help is needed
- Audit Receiving receipts for inventory accuracy as necessary
- Input cycle count information into Access database
- Communicate project status to all levels of management
- Ability to align project or process improvement goals with functional business objectives
- Using both manual and computer-assisted systems, prepare and issue daily, weekly, and monthly reports, verifying accuracy of source documents
- Order special production as required for sales orders
- Follow up the PMs Inventory control at customers' site.
- Prepare the monthly Reconciliation reports.
- Prepare and align with all stakeholders for PMs collection.

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing or related Profession.

**Experience**
- 3 years practical experience in manufacturing environment

- Proven strong data analysis and reporting skills and experience with at least 2 years of work in a position with comparable skill requirements
- Excellent Project Management Skills
- Multitask capability - successful execution of several projects in parallel
- Analytical and cross-system thinking
- Considerable knowledge of business processes, strategic planning and budgeting
- Raw material stock control
- Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic & English (Good communication skills) & interpersonal competence
