Team KSA is looking for a **Key Account Manager** to work with C-level executives at some of the largest companies in the market.
**Key responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end B2B renewal sales processes
- Collaborate with support teams and colleagues around the world to drive the sales process
- Implement learning programs, building client loyalty and satisfaction
- Monitor KPIs and identify actions for continuous improvement and ensure timely renewals
- Ability to forecast, set objectives and monitor sales activity
**The skills & experience**
- At least 5 years consultative B2B sales experience for Key Account Manager role
- Strong relational skills, influencing skills and presence
- Great emotional intelligence (being self & socially aware
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience working in education and/or with HR stakeholders
- Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage
- Passion for learning, both for yourself and, on a bigger scale, for organizations
**Salary**: ﷼25,000.00 - ﷼30,000.00 per month
