Job Title: Key Account Manager (KAM)
Department: Sales and Business Development
Job Purpose: Manage and develop relationships with key accounts to enhance customer loyalty and achieve revenue targets, while delivering innovative and tailored IT solutions that meet customer needs and align with the company's strategic objectives.
Accountabilities- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and grow account value.
- Understand clients' technical needs and requirements and deliver customized IT solutions that meet their expectations.
- Achieve revenue and sales targets for key accounts through strategic planning and consistent follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including technical support and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services that exceed customer expectations.
- Analyze the performance of key accounts periodically, identifying growth opportunities and optimizing processes to achieve desired outcomes.
- Monitor market and industry trends, providing strategic recommendations to enhance the company's competitiveness.
- Prepare and present performance reports to management, including financial analysis and key account performance metrics.
- Support marketing and sales strategies by contributing to presentations and participating in client meetings.
- Essential: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Preferable: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or professional certifications in Key Account Management, such as Certified Key Account Manager (CKAM).
- Essential: A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, with proven expertise in managing IT sector clients.
- Preferable: Experience managing key accounts in major enterprises or government sectors.
- Essential: Specialized training in account management and strategic sales.
- Preferable: Advanced training in IT solutions, cloud services, or cybersecurity.

- Comprehensive knowledge of IT solutions, including software, hardware, and cloud services.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills and financial reporting capabilities.

- Deep understanding of customer needs across industries such as government, healthcare, or education.
- Familiarity with enterprise procurement processes and large-scale project contracts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strategic, long-term relationships.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on delivering exceptional solutions.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to achieving high levels of satisfaction.
- Ability to develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
