Mrsool, a leading Information Technology and Services company, is looking for a talented Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of product strategy, managing end-to-end product development cycles, and building collaborative relationships across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, and marketing to deliver innovative and successful products that delight our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead product development and manage a portfolio of products from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and strategy.
- Define and track key product metrics to measure product performance and success.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and iterations.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Ensure product compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of product management experience in a high-growth environment.
- Strong technical background with a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Experience in eCommerce and marketplace platforms is a must.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with teams at all levels of the organization.
