The Role

The Exhibition QA/QC Officer ensures exhibitions and their components meet established standards by performing inspections, tests, and audits, identifying deviations, and implementing corrective actions. Key responsibilities include creating and monitoring quality plans, documenting non-conformances, collaborating with vendors and stakeholders, verifying compliance, and providing reports on quality metrics for events, stands, and displays.

Key Responsibilities

**Quality Planning & Monitoring**
- Develop, implement, and update quality control policies, procedures, and plans for exhibitions.

**Inspection & Testing**
- Conduct visual inspections and tests on exhibition components, installations, and the overall event setup to ensure they meet quality, safety, and design standards.

**Auditing & Verification**
- Perform internal and external audits to verify compliance with quality requirements and monitor the effectiveness of the quality management system.

**Defect Management**
- Identify, document, and track non-conformance reports and other quality issues.

**Corrective Actions**
- Recommend and implement corrective actions to resolve identified quality problems and improve processes.

**Documentation & Reporting**
- Create detailed reports on inspection findings, testing results, quality metrics, and defect trends to management and clients.

**Stakeholder Collaboration**
- Work closely with event organizers, suppliers, contractors, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is integrated throughout the exhibition lifecycle.

**Compliance**
- Ensure all exhibition elements adhere to relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Propose and implement improvements to quality control processes for future exhibitions.
