The Role
NOW HIRING A PRECAST PRODUCTION MANAGER Our client is one of the GCC’S leading construction firms renowned for its innovative and high-quality projects. With a rich history spanning decades, our client has established itself as a trusted partner in the development of iconic structures across the GCC. From skyscrapers to infrastructure, our client's commitment to excellence, sustainability, and safety has earned it a distinguished reputation in the region's construction industry. Key Responsibilities: - Holds a degree in civil or structural engineering from a recognized college or university. - Brings over 15 years of extensive experience in precast and prestressed concrete plants, with a minimum of 10 years in managerial roles as Production Manager or Factory Manager. - Demonstrates the ability to lead and direct individuals and collaborate with other team leaders effectively. - Possesses excellent planning skills including materials, products, stockyard, and delivery schedules. - Boasts a proven track record of developing, leading, and maintaining a continuous improvement mindset within the plant.

**Requirements**:

- Exhibits excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in both Arabic and English. - Specializes in the production of various precast and prestressed concrete products throughout the entire process. - Experience in building materials relevant to precast and prestressed products is advantageous. - Proficient in ISO QA/QC and HSE requirements and procedures, ensuring compliance by all in the plant. Familiar with all types of concrete mixes and finishes. - Possesses good computer skills, including Excel, and familiarity with software such as Oracle ERP, SAP, and Procore. - Knowledgeable in the maintenance requirements of plant machinery. - Preference given to applicants with Saudi Iqama or GCC experience.
