We're looking for a creative, organized, and trend-savvy **TikTok Influencer Coordinator** to lead and manage influencer collaborations for our clients. At **Craftria**, we help brands grow through high-impact digital marketing — and influencer marketing is a key part of our strategy.

You’ll be responsible for identifying TikTok creators, managing communication, and ensuring influencer campaigns align with client goals and brand tone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and gather TikTok creators relevant to each client’s industry and audience.
- Reach out to influencers, negotiate deals, and manage campaign timelines.
- Coordinate content briefs, approval processes, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure all influencer content aligns with the brand message and campaign goals.
- Track and measure campaign performance (views, engagement, conversions).
- Maintain influencer databases and build strong relationships with creators.
- Stay updated on TikTok trends, formats, and best practices.
- Create a Table and charts for TikTok creators for showing every information possible (TikTok Creator name, followers, price, engagement rate, success rate).
- Make weekly full presentations about new TikTok Creators to join the Agency.

Qualifications:

- 2+ year of experience in influencer marketing or social media coordination.
- Familiarity with TikTok platform, culture, trends, and creator types.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple collaborations at once.
- Fluency in English is required. Arabic is a strong plus.
- Experience working with B2B or service-based brands is a bonus.
