**Your day to day**
As an Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for proper operation of physical plant and engineering facilities for the entire property during the shift. You will supervise a team according to established policies and procedures in order to perform a smooth operation of the Engineering Department.

**What we need from you**
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

- At least a minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel and/or resort
- Good communication skills
- Ability wo work with a diverse team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
