**JOB PURPOSE**

International Systems Engineering (ISE) provide the IT capability and service both onsite and centrally to all projects and programmes in BAE Systems Saudi Arabia and to our partner companies, BAE Systems Saudi Development and Training and SMSCMC.

ISE is committed to supporting the Saudi Arabian National Agenda including Saudisation and the training and development of Saudi National capability through the growth of the Saudi National Partner Companies thereby reinforcing Industrialisation and Partnerships.

**JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- The jobholder will be expected to develop and maintain an effective working relationship with the Lead Solutions Architect, agreeing direction and priorities for future developments.
- To work closely with the ISE project teams to ensure that the architecture, design, implementation and end results meet the business and customer requirements.
- The jobholder will assist the team in the creation of technical Statements of Work that will enable the project teams to define accurate implementation timescales for all projects.
- The jobholder will be proactive in identifying problem areas as well as opportunities, and making recommendations to the Lead Solutions Architect.
- To develop and maintain working relationships with customers and colleagues.
- To constantly investigate and evaluate the business potential of emerging technologies and products.
- The jobholder will be creative in researching, to understand issues and find innovative answers quickly.
- Help the Lead Solutions Architect develop an ISE architectural model to present to all existing and new customers.
- The jobholder will be expected to assist in the formulation of questions used in business conversations to elicit facts or statements from customers.

**RECRUITMENT SPECIFICATION**
- Hold a degree in IT and have excellent knowledge of hardware and software across a variety of platforms.
- Have extensive experience in an IT Support environment.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Have proven experience within a project management environment.
- Have previous experience in implementing architecture design solutions within a complex infrastructure.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- The jobholder will be expected to hold, and maintain, valid industry certifications at an intermediate to advanced level. (At a minimum these should be equivalent to Microsoft MCSE, MCSD. Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CCDP. Novell CNE, MCNE.)
