Role Purpose
We are looking for Project Managers/Construction Managers for our P&DS team, to be based on site on a major Program in Riyadh, the role is primarily project managing the delivery of services related to the planning, phasing, co-ordination, construction and delivery of a large-scale multi-asset mixed use development.

We are seeking Project Managers/Construction Managers with strong experience in construction across all of the following areas: Five Star Hotels, Five Star Signature Residential complexes, Shopping Malls/Retail, Commercial Offices, Grand Mosque, Hard landscape Public Realm works, Structure/car parking & Infrastructure /roads.

What this job involves
Take leadership role on day-to-day delivery of all project/construction management tasks.
Ensure the delivery of the client brief and Project Execution Plan to suit the specific project requirements.
Oversee and contribute to the sequencing and buildability of the project to ensure all programme objectives are achieved, review the contractors proposals to ensure the right systems, techniques and productivity targets can be achieved within the programme requirements.
Oversee, monitor and update the contractors progress and offer best practice solutions to ensure overall programme delivery against the contract programme.
Oversee and ensure the management and handling of local government approvals process.
Administration of complex contracts, proactively managing and confirming the compliance of contractors/consultants to the contract terms and conditions.
Compilation of tender documents and critically reviewing tender returns, contract negotiations, award of contracts and client reporting.
Oversee and or develop project documentation, programs, master budget, etc.
Produce and review reports to suit relevant stages of the projects.
Delivery of projects within the framework of risk, sustainability and environmental considerations agreed at the business case/client brief stage, while maintaining focus on time, cost and quality.
Ensure the planning of activities is coordinated and all essential components are in place to ensure “on time” project completion.
Manage consultant/contractor teams to ensure that the contractor’s design and drawings are done in compliance with the contract.
Oversee the Construction Supervision Consultant and ensure they are undertaking their works in accordance with their contract.

Desired skills and experience for this
Previous construction and consultancy experience.
Professional Memberships are an advantage but not essential.
Hands on experience in managing delivery of any of the following projects in the region - Five Star Hotels, Five Star Signature Residential complexes, Shopping Malls/Retail, Commercial Offices, Grand Mosque, Hard landscape Public Realm works, Structure/car parking & Infrastructure /roads.
KSA experience is preferred.
A bachelor's degree in a related field - Engineering or Project Management.
