Job Description

Summary:

The Data & Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting procurement and supply chain functions through accurate data management, performance reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The role involves maintaining structured records, supporting post-award activities, tracking commitments, monitoring milestones, driving process improvements, supporting automation initiatives, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies within large development programs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support procurement and supply chain functions through accurate data management and performance reporting.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure efficient processes and clear communication.
  • Maintain structured and audit-ready records for post-award activities and tracking commitments.
  • Monitor procurement milestones and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Support automation initiatives to streamline processes within the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies related to procurement and supply chain operations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in supporting procurement and supply chain functions.
  • Proven track record of maintaining structured and audit-ready records.
  • Experience in supporting post-award activities and tracking commitments.
  • Ability to drive process improvements and support automation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls and policies related to procurement.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple procurement packages simultaneously.
  • Precision, structured execution, and the ability to work at a specialist level in a dynamic environment.
Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, MIS, or Data Analytics

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, and SAP S/4HANA
  • Excellent communication abilities in Arabic and English
  • Ability to manage complex data sets
  • Experience in developing impactful dashboards
  • Ensuring governance and accuracy in procurement and financial environments
Education
