**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily operations of the CEO Office, ensuring efficient workflow and organization of tasks.
- Manage the review and preparation of important documents, reports, and presentations for the CEO, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and fostering strong relationships.
- Track action items and commitments made during meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates to relevant parties.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and projects led by the CEO Office, coordinating resources and timelines.
- Conduct research and provide insights on various topics to support decision-making processes for the CEO.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all communications.
- Monitor key metrics and outcomes related to initiatives and projects within the CEO Office, reporting on progress to senior management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior administrative or management role, preferably supporting executive leadership.
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
