**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**:

- Oversee all phases of civil construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Monitor the progress of work and address any delays or issues as they arise.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure that the civil construction project adheres to all contractual obligations and specifications.
- **Team Management**:

- Lead and manage a team of engineers, contractors, laborers, and subcontractors.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to the team to ensure efficient project execution.
- Maintain a collaborative work environment while addressing any performance or disciplinary issues.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all civil works are carried out in compliance with local codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Implement quality control procedures to monitor and inspect work, ensuring it meets the required standards.
- Resolve any quality-related issues promptly during the construction process.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce site-specific safety policies and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to ensure safe working practices.
- Make sure all work areas are maintained and equipment is used safely to minimize the risk of accidents.
- **Budget and Resource Management**:

- Develop, track, and manage the project budget, ensuring that costs remain within approved limits.
- Procure and manage the required materials, equipment, and resources for the project.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and secure the best pricing.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear expectations and project alignment.
- Coordinate the civil construction works with other trades (electrical, mechanical, etc.) for smooth integration and timely execution.
- Resolve any project-related conflicts or issues and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution**:

- Address and resolve any challenges or roadblocks related to civil construction, including delays, design changes, or resource shortages.
- Develop creative solutions to overcome unexpected issues without compromising quality or safety.
