As a **Project Control Manager**, you are responsible for ensuring that the construction project is executed efficiently, within budget, and according to the established schedule. You oversee various aspects of project planning, monitoring, and coordination to ensure successful project delivery.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Define project milestones and objectives to guide the project's execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, setting timelines for various project phases and activities.
- Monitor progress against the schedule, identify potential delays, and take corrective actions to keep the project on track.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring that costs are estimated accurately and that expenditures are tracked throughout the project's lifecycle.
- Coordinate the allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure optimal utilization and productivity.
- Assess potential risks, develop risk management plans, and implement strategies to minimize the impact of unforeseen events on project progress.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project progress, productivity, and quality.
- Assess the impact of changes on schedule, budget, and resources, and ensure that changes are properly documented and managed.
- Prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders provide insights into project status, accomplishments, challenges, and proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and quality control teams to ensure that construction work meets established standards and specifications.
- Analyze project performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaboration with project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, and other team members and ensure that everyone is aligned with project goals and objectives.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
**We Are Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in project control, planning, or construction management.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Ability to develop and manage complex project schedules.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in Primavera P6 or relevant project control software is an advantage.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
