This position will be based in our newly established Digital and Innovation Regional Headquarters **in Riyadh**; with strong focus on driving growth for our digital health business in Saudi Market.

**Your role**:

- _Develop business plan for digital health solutions (Healthcare IT) and assure the execution._
- _Analyze customer requirements and propose the best possible offerings from Siemens Healthineers._
- _Build and drive digital health portfolio reputation in Saudi Arabia._
- _Develop sales leads and funnel._
- _Perform customer presentations._
- _Prepare Annual, Quarterly and Monthly order and revenue forecast._
- _Establish customer references as strong lever for future growth._
- _Collaborate with local/regional and global resources to execute business plans and projects successfully._

**Your expertise**:

- _8+ years experience in Healthcare IT with strong understanding of PACS/RIS/CVIS solutions._
- _Marketing / Sales background in healthcare with a focus on solutions and Healthcare IT._
- _Strong business management and sales skills._
- _Self-motivated with a strong drive and a confident approach towards customers._
- _The ability to understand enterprise customers needs and to convert them into convincing solution proposal._
- _Well developed interpersonal skills. Strong communication and networking skills._
- _Good understanding of IT infrastructure and Healthcare IT project execution._
- _Good understanding of IT solutions including radiology and cardiology workflow._
- _Fluent in English and Arabic._
