**Basic Function**:
To perform various duties aiming to administer the HR related activities in JHAH, and provide timely and effective services related to HR issues to JHAH HR department’s internal customers.

**Principal Duties**:

- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems.
- Prepare process and distribute payroll.
- Assist in designing and conducting new employee orientations.
- Provide support to administer and explain benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees and insurance carriers.
- Provide assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Update organization charts based on supervisor’s guidance.
- Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
- HR/Employee Database Management - updating employee personnel records and running audits to ensure all information is accurate and available at all times.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Division Administrators.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or any related field from a recognized university

**Experience**:
Up to 5 years experience in relevant field.

**Certifications/Other requirements as applicable**:

- Excellent command in English is required
- MSOffice Application Certification
