The position offers a unique opportunity to learn about Administration and human resources in a fast-growing startup.

**Job description**:
Key deliverables include the following:

- Support all government-related activities with MOL, GOSI, Muqeem, MOI..etc.
- Support all HR activities, including but not limited to
- employment contract
- employment settlement
- employment needs
- Follow-up salary file
- Employees medical insurance
- Support the Property & Space Management
- Support Asset Management, facility cost management, and travel management
- Support the communication with banks

**Requirements**:

- Recent graduate or with 1 to 2 years of experience
- A bachelor's in Administration, Human resources, or related degree.
- Self-driven and able to work independently
- Understanding of market research and/or strategic marketing techniques
- Primary and Secondary research skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication (Arabic and English)
- Responsive to critical situations/adherence to timelines and milestones
- Excellent in MS suite ( word, excel, and PowerPoint )
- A self-starter invested in your future
- A persuasive communicator
- Deeply Analytical
- Saudi National only
