KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
People Management
Organize and supervise the work of the assigned team to ensure that all work within a specific area of the activity is carried out in an efficient manner, which is consistent with operating procedures and policy
Provide guidance and on the job training for junior colleagues and conduct knowledge sharing to facilitate achievement of team objectives and completion of tasks in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy
Budgeting and Financial Performance
Monitor the financial performance of a given area of activity versus budgets and ensure all activities are carried out in line with the approved guidelines while promptly reporting on any variances to management
Change Management
Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction
Reporting
Prepare required statements and reports timely and accurately to meet Client’s and department requirements, policies, and quality standards
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
Provide inputs and implement policies, systems, and procedure for the assigned team so that all relevant procedural / legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service
Partnership and Investment Strategy
Manage the development of mechanisms for prospective partner profiling, analysis, and selection that enable shortlisting of qualified partners based on pre-defined criteria
Manage the cooperation with relevant departments to consolidate partnership requirements to guide the choice of CLIENT partnerships
Lead the research efforts and the identification of partnership opportunities and potential investors to support CLIENT’s growth and operations
Identify real estate cooperation opportunities for Client with the private sector, and coordinate with the various Asset Management divisions in order to align current trends
Assist Asset Management divisions in analyzing partnership agreement possibilities and terms between Client and private partners, in order to draft the necessary documentation
Support the development of expressions of interest, concept notes and pitches to potential partners, including assessment of all partnership requirements, background research/positioning, development of partnership arrangements and preparation of budgets where required in order to secure new partnership opportunities for Client
Manage the partnership execution process, which includes designing and negotiating partnership agreements (e.g., Legal Affairs) with all the relevant departments in order to ensure proper implementation
Conduct the research, identification, assessment, and advisory on business development including growth, expansion, and diversification opportunities and differentiated services and offerings to support business growth
Agreement Management
Lead the establishment of partnership and contract agreements, experience management, and corporate support services to serve CLIENT’s best interests
Provide expertise and guidance to support departments in negotiations and deals closure with partners to create value to CLIENT
Continuous Improvements, Effectiveness and Performance
Review investment strategy and seek out new opportunities and recommend changes in investments in order to manage and mitigate risks
Ensure the safety of investors’ funds, earn maximum returns, and give timely advice to ensure consistency with current market trends
Assess the effectiveness of partnerships upon completion and develop recommendations on the way forward and advise on any potential opportunities to improve, extend,
