**Description**:
Our client, a leading maritime company, is looking for a proactive and experienced Crewing Manager to join their team in Cairo. As the Crewing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, selection, and deployment of crew members for their fleet of vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the crewing department and ensure smooth operations of crew management activities.
- Develop crewing strategies and policies to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Recruit and select qualified crew members for vessels, ensuring compliance with STCW requirements.
- Coordinate with seafarers to ensure timely deployment and join vessels.
- Maintain crew records, including certifications, medical records, and work contracts.
- Manage crew rotations, leave schedules, and crew changes.
- Coordinate with external crewing agencies and training centers.
- Ensure compliance with international regulations, including MLC 2006.
- Resolve crew-related issues and grievances.
- Provide support and guidance to crew members on HR and welfare matters.

- Prior experience as a Crewing Manager or similar role in the maritime industry.
- Familiarity with crew management software and systems.
- Excellent knowledge of STCW requirements and international maritime regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of HR and welfare matters in the maritime industry is preferred.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies or related field.
