- **Bachelor’s Degree**in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
- **Minimum 20 years**of experience in construction supervision of roads, bridges, highways, and tunnels.
- At least **5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia**or the GCC region in a **consultancy role**.
- Proven experience in managing **large-scale infrastructure projects**in accordance with **Saudi Arabian standards (MOT, Aramco, or other authorities)**.
- Strong knowledge of **FIDIC**or similar contract frameworks.
- Certification such as **PMP**(Project Management Professional) is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
- Fluency in **English**is mandatory; knowledge of **Arabic**is an advantage.
