The Senior Manager Cost Control will work closely with project managers and finance teams to monitor costs, analyze variances, and provide insights that facilitate effective decision-making. **Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain cost control processes and procedures for all projects.
- Monitor project costs against budgets, analyze variances, and provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop accurate cost estimates and forecasts.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to project managers.
- Prepare and present cost reports to stakeholders, highlighting key areas of concern and ensuring transparency, and analyze cost data.
- Follow up payments, ensuring timely processing and record-keeping.
- Preparing and managing different task such as purchase requisitions and service entry sheets - SAP (Fiori & Ariba) - Also the ability to manage Prism System for cost management and control.
- Support the development of project financial strategies by providing comprehensive cost analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and governance related to cost management.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in cost control and management.

SAP System: Create/manage purchase requisitions and service entry sheets.

Prism System: Manage project costs and identify variances.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, (Master's degree preferred)
- A minimum of 9-12 years of relevant experience in cost control or financial management, with a focus on large-scale projects.
- MRICS or CCP preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cost control tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in cost management software and advanced Excel functionality
