The Senior Specialist in Billing and Cost Control will work closely with various teams to ensure accurate billing, monitor project costs, and provide insights into financial performance. **Responsibilities**:
- Manage the billing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project agreements and timelines.
- Conduct regular reviews of project costs against budgets, analyzing variances and providing recommendations for corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit monthly cost reports and billing statements to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to develop cost estimates and forecasts, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Implement billing controls and procedures to enhance accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Monitor and manage change orders, ensuring they are properly documented and reflected in the billing process.
- Monitor and analyze costs related to facility management operations.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in billing and cost control, preferably within large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of billing processes, cost management principles, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficient in billing and cost control software, as well as advanced Excel capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail, with proven organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
