**About the role**
As a Talent Acquisition Partner for KSA you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to support Tamara's continued growth. You will also be instrumental in supporting the Talent Acquisition teams strategic goals to create a class leading recruitment function. This role will primarily be within our Commercial and Customer Experience departments and all focused within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, therefore a deep understanding of the country, its language, its culture and recruitment related rules and regulations are an absolute requirement. The roles themselves will be varying and sometimes of a particularly niche nature but all based within our Non Tech functions.
**Your responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate data points and produce a range of relevant reports as requested and needed to support effective communication and commercial decision making.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with hiring managers and key decision makers throughout the business.
- Work closely with those that you are working with to deeply understand both the technical and behavioral requirements of the role, the function, and the organization.
- Recommend and drive improvements to scale our overall recruiting practice; For example, you will run recruitment workshops for hiring managers and interviewers.
- Work to and meet/exceed agreed targets to contribute to the overall success of the team.
**Your expertise**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or business related field
- Minimum of 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Previous experience in direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proven ability using quantitative and qualitative data to inform process improvements and drive change management
- Must be an Arabic speaker.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong experience of the KSA talent market
- Ability to manage 3rd party suppliers and there delivery to Tamara
- Experienced in problem solving with a solution oriented mindset
- Proven ability to support senior stakeholders up to and including C-Suite
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to set high personal goals and work independently
- Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Proven acuity in MS office & G-suite
